Our Surf Tours all include lodging, however, most of our Surf Tours do not include meals. Read through the description of the Surf Tour of your choice to determine whether or not it includes meals. The only time our tours include meals is when the surf lodge is too far from local restaurants to make it convenient for our guests to eat. Meals are very cheap in Panama, normally between US$1.50 to US$3.00 per meal, so food costs should not cut into your budget. We have provided descriptions of the lodging and meals that are available for each Surf Tour location, so just read through the description of the tour of your choice for all of this information.

Panama Surf Tours tries to offer a variety of lodging selections for our guests to choose from depending on their personal style. On most tours, we offer everything from basic beach cabins to rooms with air conditioning. Keep in mind that the surf locations we go to do not offer 5 star hotels with hot tubs and swimming pools, so don’t expect to stay at the Ritz Carlton or Marriott.

Most of the surf locations we go to are somewhat secluded and the hotels or lodges were established specifically for the surfers, divers or fishermen who come to these locations to do what they love to do. We offer what is available in each surf location and try to provide the best description of each.
