Panama Surf Tours was started by a small group of local Panamanian surfers who wanted to show surfers from around the world what surfing is all about in Panama, and at the same time make a living doing what we love to do, surfing. We take turns going on tours, working in the office taking calls and responding to emails, or developing new tours by exploring and discovering new surf spots.

We treat our tour guests as we do our friends, and for us, this is a family type operation. When you go on one of our Surf Tours, you experience what we experience as locals, not tourists. Our tour guides are all experienced surfers, and they know the ins and outs of every surf break they take you to. We all speak English and Spanish, some of us fluently and some of us are a bit rough around the edges. We try to keep the guys who speak perfect English at the office to answer the phones and respond to emails.

Most of the photos you will see on this web site are of our staff. However, don’t get us wrong, just because we are hard core surfers doesn’t mean that we are not professionals - our founder is also the owner of a major law firm in Panama City.

The rest of us are just surf bums with drivers licenses who take people on surf tours. We consider ourselves the lucky ones because we get to surf unreal warm water waves constantly.
