There is a public telephone about 5 minutes down the road from Venao, where you can call back home collect or using an international calling card. There are no internet café’s in Venao. The closest town from Venado is about 15-20 minutes away by car and it is a small town, but it has restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. The closest relatively large town (with Internet Café’s) from Venado is about 2 hours away by car. Generally, unless for a special request or emergency, our guests don’t leave Venao or the small town close by until it is time to go home.
